1、Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries worldwide, except for Europe, Africa, and Oceania (including Australia and New Zealand). If you are unsure about your region, please contact us before placing an order.

2、How long does shipping take?

As each piece is handcrafted and ritualistically blessed, please allow up to 15 business days for processing and delivery.

3、What if I receive a damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or soiled, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a return or replacement. Requests submitted after 72 hours will not be accepted.

4、Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the spiritual nature and custom design of each piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

5、How are the pieces customized for me?

Each piece is designed based on your birth data (including date and time of birth), which Master Qianfeng uses to assess your Five Element balance and choose the most suitable crystal energy for you.
